What’s included with the Program?
10 weekly Live group-sessions covering specific topics outlined below.
The InnerSense Program was created by Dr. Graham Mead, whose extensive exploration of consciousness and the mind has significantly influenced the program's approach. Over the years, Graham and I have both become interested to deepen our understanding of the vital connection between physiological sensations and awareness. This connection is key to unlocking freedom, clarity, and a profound sense of well-being.
The program is designed as a group-based experience, guiding participants through a structured journey into the nature of the mind and the principles of internal awareness. When practiced sincerely, the program fosters clarity of thought, emotional balance, and a deep appreciation of self, empowering participants to feel at ease in their lives.
Program Structure
The InnerSense Program consists of:
10 weekly sessions, each lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Each session includes:
A presentation on a specific topic.
Time for questions and discussion.
Guided exercises to explore and apply the concepts.
Key Features:
There is no requirement to share personal stories in the group setting, and verbal participation is encouraged but not mandatory.
If you have concerns about working in a group, feel free to contact me directly. I can address any reservations and explain how the group format enhances learning while maintaining a supportive and safe environment. Previous participants are also available to share their experiences.
Daily Practice
To maximize the program’s impact, participants are asked to:
Commit to daily practices, starting with two 20-minute sessions per day. These exercises evolve throughout the program.
Abstain from alcohol and recreational drugs during the program. This ensures a focused, clear, and safe experience. If you have addiction concerns, please contact us to discuss personalized support options.
What to Expect
The InnerSense Program is hands-on and experiential, prioritising real transformation over theoretical knowledge. While there is sufficient information to satisfy intellectual curiosity, the primary focus is on practical application. Participants will experience meaningful changes in their mind, body, and overall essence.
Program Logistics
Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
The program is structured to ensure each session builds on the previous one, making consistent attendance essential.
I will be facilitating the New Zealand sessions, drawing on 13 years of collaboration with Graham and experience in assisting facilitating at least 16 InnerSense programs since its inception in 2015.
If you’re ready to embark on a journey toward greater clarity, self-awareness, and well-being, I’d love to support you in this transformative experience.
