If attending in-person sessions is not feasible for you, I encourage you to inquire about our online counselling options. Your well-being and growth are important, and I strive to provide a safe space where you can deepen your self-understanding and embark on a transformative journey.

If possible, and you are able, I encourage you to attend in-person to my office in Parnell, Auckland.

As a practitioner, my role is not to "heal" you, but rather to create a compassionate and supportive environment for your personal growth. I am here to hold space as you navigate your inner landscape, offering steadiness and presence throughout your integration process. I utilise various tools, such as intuitive guidance, breathwork, movement therapy, meditation, mindfulness practices, and exploring self-awareness through relationships, to provide a holistic therapeutic counselling approach. My aim is to help you embrace a more harmonious and authentic way of living, where you feel at ease being yourself.

I offer both in-person 1-on-1 sessions and online counselling and breathwork sessions to cater to your needs. It is important to me that everyone feels welcome, regardless of gender, identity, or life experiences.

SESSION COSTS

Individual sessions $225/1.5hr or $190 for 1hr session

Couple sessions $365/1.5hr

Payment is required either prior to a session, or promptly post-session.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Respectful Notice for Scheduled Appointments

To ensure the smooth operation of our counselling practice and accommodate the needs of all clients, I kindly request that you provide at least 36 hours' notice for any changes to your scheduled appointments. This includes rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.

I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but please be aware that cancelling an appointment with less than 36 hours' notice or failing to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a full-price charge.

By adhering to this cancellation policy, you help maintain a consistent and reliable service for all clients. It allows me to allocate available time slots to individuals who may be on a waiting list or in need of immediate support.
